How to Use Forms

Last year, registering for tournaments was for a mess because signups were often verbal or just randomly scribbled on paper. This year, we're trying out something new by using google forms as a signup. I admit that this adds a new complexity to Speech and Debate but i have faith that you can figure it out. That said, advice is always helpful and that's the purpose of this post.

Probably the most complex form to use is the tournament signup form: http://davishighspeechand.wix.com/debate#!

tournament-entry-form/c15zd. To signup for a tournament, first enter your name, email address and then phone number; for example, Donald Trump, therealdonaldtrump@gmail.com, 1-YES-IAM-RICH. Then pick the first tournament that you want to attend. You'll be then directed a second page. Select the events you want to do at that event. Then, if you want to signup for another tournament select the tournament; if you don't want to signup for another tournament, select no other events. When you're done signing up, please remember to hit submit.

The shirt order form is far easier to use. If you want a shirt, enter your name, email address, t-shirt size, and then hit submit.
